Looking for a reliable partner to create a mobile-based solution, a Canadian company encouraged Magora Systems to carry out the next step of their media loyalty program MoPals. Our team was assigned to develop a mobile app with geo-positioning in addition to an existing web portal. Enabling users to post their location at a venue and translate it to friends through Twitter and Facebook accounts, attaining bonuses for checking-in to their favourite businesses, writing business reviews, uploading photos and videos were among the main features to implement.
Solution and Result
The Magora developers were thrilled to work on the project not only because of the high degree of complexity, but for the opportunity to interact closely with the client-side team of designers and developers. We had to integrate different modules cautiously hand in hand with our partner's technical staff. The project turned out to require a large amount of work at short notice. As a result we delivered an app for Android and IOS platforms where users can “check-in” at their favourite places, add pictures and write reviews about them, leave comments on, “Like" brands they love and get reward points. Earning their digital bonus currency - MoCoins – opens up new opportunities for being rewarded with superb offers. One can also add loyalty, gift and membership cards to their account and obtain discounts or privileges. Along with the implemented intuitive and easy to navigate business platform, Magora gained a great experience of successfully collaborating with another team.
