iOS app development
SwiftUI-first, UIKit fluent — supports back to iOS 15, optimised for the latest device generation.
Async & concurrency
Swift Concurrency, actors, async/await — race-free code that's still fast on M1 and slow on a 1st-gen SE.
Persistence & data
Core Data, SwiftData, GRDB, Realm — the right tool for the use-case, no «we always use X» dogma.
Apple Pay & wallet
Apple Pay, Wallet passes, Tap-to-Pay, Apple Card — payment flows the user actually completes.
watchOS, tvOS, visionOS
Companion apps for Apple Watch, tvOS apps, visionOS spatial computing — Apple-platform polyglots.
Maintenance & iOS upgrades
Annual iOS upgrade prep, deprecation hygiene, App Store policy compliance.

Looking for an iOS app development company in the UK? Magora designs, builds and publishes native iPhone and iPad apps in Swift and SwiftUI from London — as a complete product team, or as senior Swift engineers joining yours. We set up the Apple Developer account in your company's name and take the app through App Store review.
End-to-end iOS apps
Discovery, UX, SwiftUI front end, back end and QA — one team from the first workshop to the App Store.
Mobile app development →A dedicated iOS team
Senior Swift engineers and QA who join your roadmap, sprint with your team and scale month by month.
Dedicated teams →App Store publishing
Developer account in your company's name, TestFlight, privacy details, App Review and release management.
What launch really costs →Discovery first
A short paid Discovery (from £3,000) turns your iOS idea into a costed scope, architecture and roadmap before the build.
Discovery phase →Pricing is published: senior engineers are from £49 an hour (about £390 a day), Discovery from £3,000, an MVP from £10,000 and a full production project at £25,000–£60,000. See UK software development pricing.
The honest
questions.
A freelancer can be the right call for a small, well-specified change. A company brings the rest of what a launch needs — product scoping, design, back end, QA on real devices, App Store submission and support after release — and continuity if one person is unavailable. We also provide senior Swift engineers to work inside your team. See mobile app development in London.
Discovery from £3,000, an iOS MVP from £10,000 and a full production app at £25,000–£60,000; senior Swift engineers are from £49 an hour (about £390 a day). Apple also charges $99 a year for the Developer Program — our guide to the Apple Developer fee covers what else launching costs, and the app development cost guide covers the build.
Yes. We set up the Apple Developer account in your company's name (including the D-U-N-S number an organisation account needs), run TestFlight testing, prepare the App Store listing and privacy details, and take the build through App Review. The account and the app stay yours.

Yes. As a UK-based developer, Magora delivers GDPR-compliant systems by default: data-minimisation review during discovery, consent flows, data-subject-access tooling, encrypted-at-rest storage, audit logging, and EU/UK data-residency options on AWS and GCP.
For AI projects Magora also runs an EU AI Act readiness review before deployment.
Yes — to stay among cutting-edge technologies and keep up with changing demand, the product needs constant maintenance. During the maintenance period we analyse all incoming inquiries, evaluate severity and: fix defects, form a Product Backlog from low-medium defects and user feedback, plan and propose enhancements that add value, update libraries and tweak based on API changes to maintain stability, and monitor the code stage for critical security updates. Same team also handles legacy software modernisation if your stack needs lifting.
