The web portal we launched is a mini social network with photo sharing emphasis. Users can find a profile for each baseball team, secured by a user login and password. It is filled with photos from games, allows comments by coaches and parents, general uploads (like PDF documents with schedules). The website incorporates an interview form builder, which is shared by the network members. Another notable option is a form for parents to email coaches. The system has a rigorous user access rights differentiation, which implies predetermined functionality for youth teams, coaches, parents, webmasters and administrators.
