Our team has taken up a thrilling new project in collaboration with Inmarko, a major branch that is a part of Unilever. The company leases retail equipment to various merchants and required a dependable and user-friendly tool to automate their inventory process. Our focus was on integrating with their ERP System and implementing barcode recognition as core features.
Unilever: Cabinets.
Magora team produced the Android phones application, which is integrated with the CRM system and lets personnel control leased equipment and do the online changes in the global company DB locally with the help of the app.

The software we created simplifies and automates the record-keeping process. The app allows company representatives to form routes consisting of trade locations they are supposed to visit. The process itself is incredibly simple: the first step is to scan barcodes placed on the equipment. Then accumulated data is compared to the existing numbers in ERP. After that, the program will automatically form a report based on received results. A person in charge can also edit a list of equipment at each location and remove or add items by means of the app.
We have developed cutting-edge software that automates inventory routines and simplifies record-keeping processes. Our team has integrated the app with the ERP bookkeeping system and implemented barcode recognition technology, resulting in significant time savings and optimized reporting capabilities for staff.
