The Maintenance Software includes tools that simplify and optimize the activities of every team member. Property management company executives can virtually run a whole town using the Maintenance Software. The application allows them to have a birds-eye view on the activities, documents and events in every housing estate or residential compound, and segment them into sites, buildings, floors, and rooms. Service Managers use the application functionality to distribute work orders electronically and form the schedule. They also have the ability to track all maintenance requests and active jobs, thus monitoring the staff productivity. With Maintenance Software by Magora, Service Personnel gain useful apps for task management and reporting. It completely automates the maintenance process and eliminates all paperwork. One of the features that truly makes our web-based solution stand out is that it establishes an effective communication channel with estate residents. The dwellers of apartment buildings can interact with each other, conduct surveys, view the calendar of events, submit service requests and give valuable feedback on the personnel’s work. Today the Maintenance Software by Magora Systems is widely used in several American states.
