Today almost everyone uses a smartphone camera to capture the moment, and store their favourite pictures in the device’s memory or uploads them to a social network account. Our clients asked us to create an Android application that would let customers from different African countries order photo printing, using only their phone. Such a service can become a real time-saviour, as visiting an actual photo market or searching for a service on the web would be no longer required.

Printemi is a great application for people who need to get their pictures printed no matter where they are. It includes two parts: a mobile client for Users and a web app for Operators of the system. Placing an order is really easy for any user because of the simple and convenient interface. Users just need to Register or Sign in using their existing social network profile, upload the images, set the preferable printing parameters, and fill in the contact information. A client proceeds with the payment using bank services or a mobile payment. Operators will see the order in the system, process and execute it and then send the package to a client via mail or using courier services. The app also has useful features for order management and provides detailed information about orders and their status.
