AI automation agency,
UK.
Magora is a London AI automation agency. We automate the repetitive work in your business — documents, emails, support requests, reports and data entry between systems — with AI connected to the tools you already use. Free working prototype in 5–10 working days; an AI proof of concept from £10,000 in 4–6 weeks; one workflow automated end to end from £20,000.
AI automation,
in one paragraph.
Magora is a London AI automation agency, building software since 2010. We automate business processes that eat staff time: reading documents and emails, triaging requests, answering routine questions, updating the CRM and producing reports. Each automation starts with one workflow, a working prototype on your own examples and a measured result, before anything is connected to live systems. If a rule-based tool such as Zapier or Make will do the job, we tell you, because it is cheaper.
UK teams with repetitive work
Operations, finance, support and sales teams handling high volumes of documents, emails and requests.
One workflow, measured
A free prototype in 5–10 working days, then a proof of concept that shows how accurate the automation is.
A person approves what matters
Guardrails, audit logs and human approval for anything with money, customers or compliance at stake.
AI automation
services.
Most clients start with the process that takes the most hours each week and has a clear right answer.
Documents & forms
Invoices, contracts, applications and forms read, checked against your rules and routed, with exceptions sent to a person.
Email & ticket triage
Incoming emails and tickets classified, prioritised and drafted replies prepared for your team to approve.
Customer answers
First-line answers from your own documents and policies, with sources shown and a hand-off to staff. See RAG development.
Data entry between systems
Details from emails, calls and documents written into your CRM, finance or ERP system instead of retyped.
Reporting
Weekly and monthly reports pulled from several systems and summarised, ready for review.
AI agents for whole workflows
Multi-step work handled end to end, with approval for what matters. See AI agent development.
Zapier, AI automation
or a custom integration?
Three ways to automate a process. The right one depends on how structured the input is and where the data may go.
Fixed rules, structured data
Zapier, Make or n8n: a new form entry creates a CRM contact. Cheapest and fastest; you may not need us.
Unstructured input
Emails, PDFs, calls and free text that a rule cannot read. AI extracts, classifies and drafts; a person approves.
Volume, compliance, own data
High volumes, regulated data or systems without ready connectors. See API integration.
From workflow
to working automation.
A production automation for one workflow typically ships in 6–8 weeks after Discovery.
Workflow audit
Discovery, 2 weeksWe map the process as it really runs, count the hours it takes and agree what a good result looks like.
Free prototype
5–10 working daysThe automation running on your own example documents or emails, before you commit.
Proof of concept
4–6 weeksA controlled pilot on real data with evaluations that show whether it is accurate enough to scale.
Build & integrate
6–8 weeksConnected to your email, CRM, finance or document systems, with audit logs and monitoring.
Run & improve
OngoingSupervised at first, then expanded to the next workflow once the first one pays back.
What AI automation
costs in the UK.
Our 2026 prices in GBP. Every engagement starts with a free working prototype, and the final figure is fixed after Discovery, when the workflow, integrations and data are known. Adding AI to an existing application typically costs £20,000–£80,000.
Your workflow automated on your own examples in 5–10 working days.
Two weeks: workflow map, baseline, risks, data-protection review and a fixed estimate.
4–6 weeks: a controlled pilot on real data, with evaluations that show whether to scale.
A production automation with guardrails, audit log and monitoring, typically 6–8 weeks after Discovery.
Answers from your own documents with citations and access control.
Monitoring, model updates and new workflows added on a retainer.
AI automation
we've put into production.
Three projects where AI takes over work people used to do by hand: classifying sensitive files, drafting treatment plans and guiding call-centre agents live.
University of Essex
- Problem
- Sensitive files had to be classified by confidentiality level, and cloud AI services were not allowed.
- Built
- A self-contained AI module with two local models: one proposes tags and confidentiality rules for human review, the other applies the approved rules.
- Outcome
- Classification is automated without sending data to third-party cloud APIs.
BodySync
- Problem
- Clinicians spent long hours drafting personalised treatment plans by hand.
- Built
- A web app that drafts a treatment plan from structured assessment data, restricted to pre-defined peer-reviewed clinical sources.
- Outcome
- The MVP is in use in UK clinics, and further development is planned.
Empath AI
- Problem
- Call-centre agents could not pick up undeclared signs of caller vulnerability during a live call.
- Built
- A SaaS platform that analyses vocal biomarkers in live calls and shows guidance prompts to the agent inside Microsoft Teams.
- Outcome
- Agents get live guidance in the tool they already use, and managers see trends without exposing individuals.

AI automation
questions.
It finds repetitive work in your business and hands it to software: reading documents and emails, answering routine questions, moving data between systems and drafting reports. At Magora we map the workflow, build a working prototype on your own examples, measure how accurate it is, then connect it to the tools you already use, with a person approving anything that matters.
Our 2026 prices: a free working prototype in 5–10 working days, Discovery from £3,000, an AI proof of concept from £10,000 in 4–6 weeks, one workflow automated end to end from £20,000, and a knowledge assistant over your documents (RAG) from £30,000. Adding AI to an existing application typically costs £20,000–£80,000, and support is from £1,000 a month.
The ones with a lot of unstructured input and a clear outcome: invoices, contracts and forms; inbox and ticket triage; first-line customer answers; updating a CRM from emails and calls; and weekly reports pulled from several systems. Work that needs judgement on every case, or that happens a few times a month, is rarely worth automating.
If the rule is fixed and the data is already structured, for example a new form entry creates a CRM contact, a no-code tool such as Zapier, Make or n8n is cheaper and we will say so. AI automation is worth building when the input is unstructured, such as emails, PDFs or calls, when volumes are high, or when the data cannot leave your own environment.
We design for UK GDPR from the start: data minimisation, access control, audit logs and a person approving actions that matter. Where cloud AI services are not allowed, models can run privately in your environment, as we did for the University of Essex.
A working prototype on your own examples takes 5–10 working days, Discovery two weeks, and a proof of concept 4–6 weeks. A production automation for one workflow typically ships in 6–8 weeks after Discovery.
